When you heard about the upcoming office Halloween party, your first feeling was one of dread. You probably declined it without thought, because how would you find a plus size costume that would be affordable and entertaining, and comfortable to wear? You didn’t want to try the “toga” look one more time, and you probably felt left out of things, the way you’ve felt so many other times.

Well, your quest for plus size costumes had come to and end, and it was a fruitful end! You’d been to the local costume retailers before, so you didn’t waste time there. Instead you went home and logged onto your PC, and typed “plus size Halloween costumes” into a search engine, without a lot of hope.

But lo and behold – your search delivered thousands of results! You even had choices, from gypsies to queens, from harlots to vixens. You were quickly able to find a store that had pages of choices, in your size!

So, you finally went with the gypsy costume, placed your order and went to bed… dreaming of the Halloween party you could now look forward to.

When the party day arrived, you paraded around your house, showing your costume off to your children and husband. You had already tried the costume on, as soon as it arrived, in case you might need a different size, and it had fit well. Your husband dropped you off at the restaurant where the office party was being held, then went to take the kids trick-or-treating. You probably took one final deep breath, even though you knew you looked good, and then you entered the restaurant. What a party! By the time you got home, you dropped into bed and slept like a baby.
